  • Quiz Club
    This is an emerging club at Benedictine Academy. This club organizes competitions in the campus. Besides hosting quiz shows the members also participate in the Inter- quiz shows done in various places of country.

  • Nature Club
    Benedictine Nature Club intended to enhance our understanding about the interactions between human beings and environment through various activities. Also, it aims to facilitate the development of skills for environmental protection, to promote environmental awareness among all sections of the society, to spread environment education, especially in the informal and creative manner among younger generation.
  • Debate Club
    Debating is a fun and educational enrichment activity and is the perfect way to focus students’ interest in debating. It plays a leading part in the College’s culture, meeting regularly during term time and is a very popular activity. Debates centre around topical issues chosen by the students.
  • Music Club
    This club strives to promote all student participation in the contribution and enjoyment of their musical abilities/talents and to provide an outlet for all students interested in music.
  • Blood Donation Club
    It has a wide membership comprising students and teachers. It maintains the list of donors and the blood group to meet the emergency situations. There are many situations in which our blood donors came to the rescue of the lives of many people in and around Bangalore.

 

Counselling in SBA is a service area which provides a non judgmental, confidential and supportive atmosphere. The environment explores the emotional and psychological problems. The staff is professionally trained to offer individual counseling. The students may confront many challenges in the current competitive world and also be faced with broken relationships. To ease out their stress and to help them to change their perspective and to facilitate adjustment, the college has a counselor.

The College of Business Club (CBC) is designed to provide members with opportunities to develop leadership experiences; to provide exposure to business professions through presentations from guest speakers, both inside and outside the classroom; to provide a social organization for students to develop relationships with their peers as well as with prospective business partners and employers; and to relate what is learned in the classroom to the business world.

Industrial Tour or Industrial visit has its own importance in a career of a student who is pursuing a professional degree. It is considered as a part ofcollege curriculum. The objective of an industrial visit is to provide students an insight regarding internal working of companies.

This is a voluntary organization, which is taken up in schools to instill in students from different parts and diversities the spirit of unity and integration of our nation with discipline. The Cadets are given basic military training in small arms and parades. We through our training concentrate on developing the physical, mental strength of the students. It boosts up and aims in creating a sense of citizenship and a sense of defense of our country in our students.

The social awareness cell has the task to organize exposure programs for the generation of social awareness among the students.NSS is a well-knitted social platform in the school to promote social sensitivity. It will involve students in social services programs in and outside the school, rural areas etc.

The placement activity is primarily managed by the Placement Committee headed by Director of the institute as Chairperson with the help of the Manager Corporate Relations and other committee members which includes faculties and students from various departments. The Institute helps each student in exploring placement opportunities by inviting various companies for campus recruitment of students who are in the final year of the programme and are likely to graduate at the end of the academic year.
