Eligibility criteria for admissions to Undergraduate courses
“No student shall be eligible for admission to the 1st Degree course through non-formal /distance education unless he/she has successfully completed 12 years of schooling through an examination conducted by a Board/University or through National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)”. Basic eligibility is a pass at +2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / IGCSE / IB) Candidate should have completed 12 years of schooling in 10+2 pattern in any recognized Board in India or abroad.
B. Com.
Candidates who have completed two years Pre-University Course of Karnataka State Board or any equivalent are eligible for admission to this course.
B.C.A.
1. A pass at+2 level (Karnataka PUC / ISC / CBSE / NIOS / IGCSE / IB) from any recognized Board in India or abroad.
2. Candidates, who are from non-science streams, should have studied any of the following subjects at the +2 level: Mathematics, Computer Science or Electronics.
B.B.A
Candidates who have completed two years pre university course (plus two) from Karnataka state board or any equivalent from other states/board with 50% or equivalent CGPA are eligible for admission into this course.
B.A
A candidate who has passed two years PUC examination of Karnataka State with any combination of optional subjects or any other examination recognized as equivalent they too shall be eligible for admission to BA course.
* All aspiring candidates are requested to apply online or through office for the admission.
* Result awaiting candidates can apply for the course with plus one marks
* Update Marks in the office once the plus two marks are available.
* Status of Candidates' application and selection to counselling will be informed through Email or Phone Call.
In addition to the above, NRI and Foreign Students should produce:
a. Valid Passport
b. Residential Permit from the Commissioner of Police Bengaluru (for foreign students only)
